BERNARDS -- Nearly 250 guests attended "A Meeting of Minds," an interactive science research exhibit presented last month by students at the Pingry School.

The exhibit gave students in a number of Pingry programs -- including the independent Research Team, Pingry Community Research Journal, Robotics, Compsci, the SMART team, Project 80, AP Biology, and the Introduction to Science Research class -- the opportunity to share their work with their peers, their family and the public.

"Too often, students are asked to engage in the products of science, but not the process," said biology teacher Colleen Kirkhart. "This interactive exhibit made it clear that Pingry students are constantly immersed in the process of science."
