The search resumed Monday morning for Juan Alberto, 29, of Somerset
BORDENTOWN -- State Police say a search for a man who jumped off a boat into the Delaware River Sunday and never resurfaced has shifted from a rescue operation to a recovery effort.
The search resumed Monday morning for 29-year-old Juan Alberto of Somerset, State Police Sgt. First Class Gregory Williams said.
State Police were notified about 7 a.m. Sunday that the man was missing near the Bordentown Yacht Club.
Williams says divers from the Marine Services Bureau's Burlington station are working the area with side-scan sonar devices and a helicopter is assisting in the search.
