BRIDGEWATER -- Representatives from the Somerset Regional Animal Shelter will be on hand at Bridgewater's Halloween Festival, which will be held in the municipal complex courtyard Oct. 30 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Representatives will hand out candy at the shelter's table. In addition, the shelter, which is located in the municipal complex, will remain open until 8:30 p.m. and will offer special discounted adoption fees of $31 for any animal that has been at the shelter more than 31 days.
