Pops FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP -- Pops is a 7-year-old pit bull terrier at the Franklin Township Animal Shelter in Somerset County.
Shelter workers say he loves attention and seems to like everyone he meets.
Owners experienced with dogs are needed for Pops, who also should be placed in a home with no young children, small dogs or cats. Pops has been neutered and microchipped and is up-to-date on shots.
To meet Pops and other adoptable pets, visit the shelter at 475 DeMott Lane in Somerset, Franklin Township. The shelter is open Tuesday through Friday from noon to 3 p.m. and Saturday from noon to 6 p.m. There are currently 30 pets ready to be adopted at the shelter.
