Freedom House held its fourth annual 5K Run & Walk in May 2017 at Spruce Run Recreation Area.
CLINTON - Freedom House held its fourth annual 5K Run & Walk recently at Spruce Run Recreation Area.
The event raised over $23,000 to support the men and women residents of Freedom House and ensure those suffering from substance use disorders are not turned away due to lack of financial resources, according to a news release.
"We are so grateful for the generous support of the many local businesses that support the work of our mission," said Dawn Knill, director of marketing and development for Freedom House. "We rely on support from the community, be it businesses as well as donations from individuals, to be able to provide quality services to those battling with substance use disorders."
