Hunterdon County Crime Stoppers is offering a $500 reward for information leading to the identification and arrest of a motorcyclist who sped away from police on the Fourth of July.
READINGTON TWP. - Hunterdon County Crime Stoppers is offering a $500 reward for information leading to the identification and arrest of a motorcyclist who sped away from police on the Fourth of July.
Township police said the rider is wanted for eluding and several motor vehicle violations. The incident occurred on at 4:30 p.m., and the motorcycle was last seen heading north on Route 523 in the area of Whitehouse Station, police said.
Anonymous tips can be submitted by calling Crime Stoppers at 1-800-321-0010 or by going to www.crimestoppershunterdon.com, or text messaging "HCTIPS" plus your tip message to 274637 (CRIMES).
Tipsters can also download the free mobile app "Tipsubmit" and select Hunterdon County to submit anonymous tips via text messaging. All tips are anonymous and kept confidential.
