READINGTON -- Carter is a 2-year-old rat terrier mix in the Care of Rogers' Rescues.
Volunteers note that he is "quirky" and requires a low-energy environment without a lot of comings and goings.
Carter, who should be placed in a home without children, is an affectionate dog who is said to be a "constant source of amusement." He has been neutered and is up-to-date on shots.
