The St. Hubert's facilities in Ledgewood, Branchburg, Mount Olive and Madison participated in the program where adoptions are prearranged with some family members as a surprise to other family members.
"It's always exciting to see our shelter pets go to their new homes," said Heather Cammisa, president and CEO of St. Hubert's. "It's especially heartwarming to make Christmas even more special for families in our area through pet adoption, and to see the joy these pets bring to them."
