In October, Nestle Heath Science moved into the New Jersey Center of Excellence in Bridgewater.
BRIDGEWATER -- With Nestle Health Science anchoring the former Sanofi U.S. corporate campus in Bridgewater, Advance Realty and CrossHarbor Capital Partners, LLC announced Tuesday that an additional 11,000-square-feet has been leased to four new tenants.
In October, the partnership announced it has leased 180,000-square-feet of research and development space at the New Jersey Center of Excellent to Nestle Health Science.
Since acquiring the Bridgewater campus from Sanofi-Aventis in 2014, "the partnership has successfully repositioned the site into New Jersey's premier bio-science research and development campus," it was stated in a press release.

The new tenants include:
* Clinical Genomics Inc., a U.S.-based biotechnology company that manufactures, markets and distributes a leading-edge product for colorectal cancer screening called InSure FIT. Clinical Genomics was represented by Mary Ryan, president of Franzwa Real Estate Advisors, LLC.
* GSG Scientific, LLC, which provides support for research projects in the food and healthcare industries.
* Solaris Pharma Corp., a product development company engaged in the development of generic and branded pharmaceutical products with specific focus on topical and transdermal products. Solaris uses its concept to commercialization expertise to develop and commercialize prescription products in the US and abroad.
* Matinas BioPharma Holdings, Inc., a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company with a principal focus on identifying and developing novel and targeted pharmaceutical products for the treatment of various infectious diseases.
The partnership said there remains several single- and multi-tenant spaces available for lease. In addition to the space currently available, the Center of Excellence offers up to 400,000-square-feet of build-to-suit capacity, the partnership said.
In another 16 months, the Swiss-based company plans to unveil the $70-million Nestle Health Science facility at the 110-acre Center of Excellence campus, which is located on Route 202/206 and Route 287.
The Nestle Heath Science facility's work will focus on the connection between nutrition and disease. There is a tentative move-in date of July.
